Trout Lake Camps is a ministry that exists to engage kids, youth, and adults with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The first step in achieving this goal is ensuring we have an engaged staff and volunteer base that is committed to serving others. When we have people who are excited about what they do and why they're doing it, it inspires everyone else around them to do their best work. Each year we serve hundreds of campers and rely on staff and volunteers to enable the message of Christ to spread wide and far. We believe in training our staff and volunteers thoroughly so that they can be effective leaders when needed. We also believe in providing them with opportunities for personal growth both on-site at Trout Lake Camps as well as through opportunities outside of Trout Lake Camps where they will learn from each other and grow as individuals.
