Best experience EVERWe went by to look at a sharp looking golf cart that I saw on their website. Kourtney had me drive a couple of them while she explained everything about it. I am 73 years old and of course bought many things. My experience at Jackd Carts was the most enjoyable ever. Kristin ,manager was so very nice and friendly and when we had a technical question she immediately sourced a technical to answer all questions we had. This was on a Thursday and her delivers the following week was booked but as we were leaving she told us she scheduled a deliver for Saturday I am sorry I forgot the delivery man’s name but he made shire to go completely through everything about the crt. I will 200% recommend Jacked to anyone looking for a cart

I called to inquire about a cart that was on the website. I spoke to Kourtney and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She was also very patient with all of the questions that I had. They did not have the color of cart that I wanted in stock so they had to order it. It still arrived at my house that same week. Great experience and we love our Evolution D5 Maverick 2+2!

From start to finish, this was the best unseen product and never been to their shop. Did all the paperwork online and you will never find a better place to purchase a golf cart from. After getting the run around for 2 weeks with anouther Tomball dealer. Kourtney sent me a picture, Assisted in transfering financing. Process was fast and easy. Let me start with, working with Jak’D was fantastic. Kourtney was great, answered every question, text and phone call with the utmost professionalism. She was very personable and understanding. Had a great time talking with her. Their team and products are outstanding. The pictures definitely do not do the vehicles justice. Once you see them in person, WOW!!!! When my wife and I seen our 6 seater come off the trailer we both were like “look at that beast.” It was amazing and couldn’t wait to take it out. First time here, it was raining, and 40 miles from home in Louisiana. Wasn't here for more than a minute looking at carts outside when Courtney came out in the rain to greet us. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted other than we wanted a street legal cart (horn, seat belts, turn signals, etc) that seated at least 4 people forward. Once inside, she showed us an enormous selection of carts from 3 different companies. We were also considering making our present cart(standard EZGO) street legal. We looked at several models with 4 forward with and without 2 backward seating. Then one caught our eye. It was a 6 forward with a removable trunk on the back where you could then put golf clubs or an ice chest. Oddly enough, it was actually a half an inch or so shorter than the 4 forward and 2 backward model. Then, beside that cart was a cart with high back seats with 3 point seat belts and running boards. Looked perfect, but it was dark blue. We were going to have Courtney move it out so we could look at it better, but we made a remark that it would look better in red. She told us she had the exact same Maverick in red at her house a couple of blocks from the store. She sent someone to drive it back for us to see. It was perfect. Everything we wanted and some things we didn't know we wanted. Lol. It will be delivered in our state in 5 days (3 working days) after the running boards and fender flares are installed at no additional cost. We were about 30 minutes total. Found the cart that was perfect for us, made the deal, wrote a check, arranged transportation, and completed all the paperwork. We now know why the business has such a high review rating.
This was our first time buying a golf cart and it has been a very pleasant experience. Courtney has been super patient with us and sent us multiple options to choose from for every detail. She took her time and worked around our schedules and made everything simple and straightforward. 10/10 will recommend to my friends in the plants around here.

I reached out to them, inquiring about an Evolution Maverick D4, and asked what they could do comparing to a couple local dealers near Illinois. I was immensely impressed with what they came back with. They were able to get me in the golf cart I was looking for PLUS under glow lights, an all weather enclosure, AND shipping from Texas to me for a better price than the two dealers closest to me in Illinois!!! Then we talked more and upgraded to the upgraded sound system, great choice! They’ve since reached out and made sure things are going well and I’ve been excitedly sharing pictures and updates with them of ‘features’ I’ve been adding like a giddy teenager. I even reached out about a potential custom piece for my cart and they steered me in the right direction. Great people, best deal on a cart you’ll find, and quality carts! Took delivery yesterday of an Evolution Maverick 2+2 from Jak’D Carts in Bridge City, Texas. The entire experience was extremely enjoyable and satisfying.I have been researching this purchase for months and settled on a lithium ion (LiFePO4) powered 2+2 cart. Evolution appeared to offer the best value in this market. I also discovered Jak’D Carts website and the numerous positive reviews; these reviews were spot on!I initially called and spoke with Kourtney. What a delightful, helpful, and informative conversation. She was patient and answered all my questions. Based on that conversation, my wife and I visited their showroom in Bridge City the next day (on a Saturday). We were greeted by Adam and Heath and again could not have been more impressed. They were in the middle of unloading an unexpected shipment, but stopped and let us test drive any cart we were considering. We placed a deposit and our cart was delivered promptly 2 days later on the following Monday. Delivery was prompt and uneventful.If you’re on the fence with your decision, don’t be. I bought my cart via chat/text message and it was delivered the next week. So far, I have already put 80 miles on it and I am loving it! I ride all over town (back roads of course!) I paid thirteen thousand for my Icon 2023 golf cart from Jak d last year. I have 30 hours on it. It left me stranded and cost me eighty five dollars for a tow truck to bring me home. And the eco 51.2v 105ah battery needs reprogramming, I was told. I have to contact eco battery for my battery to get serviced. I contacted them and they told me that they would ship me a reprogrammer. Or something that I have to reprogram it. Of course with this other company's help.
I traded in my old golf cart for this electric one. The process went very smoothly. Great trade in price too. They even offered free same day delivery to my place that is six hours away and drove late into the night to do so. Very impressed with this company and would recommend them to any of my friends who are looking for golf carts. Once again, thank you for your friendly, professional service! My grandkids love it!

Kourtney and Adam were both very helpful and informative during the process. Kourtney had the team move the cart we were looking at to the showroom to place multiple sets of tires and wheels with so we could pick a set out. They worked patiently and diligently to ensure the cart met our goals for a new cart. They communicated with us the day of delivery letting us know they were about to leave Bridge City and updated us multiple times while on their way to let us know their estimated arrival time. Jose upon delivery took about 30 minutes to show us everything on the cart and helped us with connecting our phones and downloaded all yhe apps. Awesome service!!!!

If I could give more stars I would have. I was looking in Lubbock TX first that’s only an hour drive away but they wanted me to buy what’s on the floor and was not willing to get me what I wanted. So I found Jak’d Golf Carts online and even though it’s far away the shipping was very reasonable.Well I was just asking questions and even running past closing time the owner Adam went back to the shop making sure I get the correct tires and rims with all the accessories. Man this place blew my mind of how well they ran their business, I honestly felt like I was a VIP and getting special treatment.
